body with the right fuel to enjoy optimum health.
She believes we need to rebuild our connection with food – and to appreciate its original source was not a supermarket shelf.
She work with clients to create positive relationships with food, to recover from food-related disorders, to provide diet guidance for healing when recovering from surgery and illness, and to create a whole-health approach to food for anyone looking for help with food and nutrition.
When she considers health, she takes a ‘whole’ approach. While dietetics, physiology and good nutrition are her passion, she also enjoy running, swimming and yoga, and have experienced firsthand the benefits of good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

My holistic approach to food and health looks at the connections between body, mind and environment.
As people become further removed from wholefoods and their source, we are increasingly accepting
food which is highly processed and low in nutrition to be part of our daily diet.
By taking the time to listen to our body’s hunger and satiety cues, we can connect better with our daily

I am a naturally analytical person, and research has become a core focus of my work. I draw from the
plethora of study and analysis available to inform my practice, and I am continuously learning as science
reveals more and more about food and its effects on our bodies and overall health.
