Dr. Pratik Rastogi’s academic journey began at Sydney Grammar School, where he was recognised as an academic scholar and proudly held the title of Dux of the School in 1999. Dr Rastogi continued his undergraduate studies at the University of New South Wales, where he was awarded the Undergraduate Prize for Surgery and secured a coveted spot on the Dean’s List for Outstanding Research. Further enriching his knowledge base, he completed a Masters of Surgery at the University of Sydney.
Following more than a decade of general and plastic surgery training in New South Wales, Dr Rastogi sought further advanced subspecialty training in the USA. As the Microsurgical Fellow at the University of Chicago, he delved into pioneering techniques for breast reconstruction and lymphedoema. Diving deeper into the realm of aesthetics, Dr Rastogi pursued specialised training in facial plastic surgery and body contouring in New York, Miami, Chicago and Boston. These diverse experiences have not only broadened his expertise, but have also fostered a nuanced understanding of form, function and aesthetic harmony.
Presently, Dr Rastogi holds Visiting Medical Officer positions at both Royal Prince Alfred and St George Hospitals and operates at several private hospitals across Sydney.
