General, Breast and Endocrine Surgery



Dr Tony Palasovski is a General, Breast and Endocrine Surgeon at Integrated Specialist Healthcare, a VMO, General, Breast and Endocrine Surgeon at Wollongong & Shellharbour Hospitals 2014 and a VMO General Surgeon at Figtree, Kareena Private and Kingsway Day Surgery. His specialties include dermatology, plastic surgery and integrated breast health.


Dr Palasovski is located at our Miranda clinic.



After receiving his general surgery fellowship in 2011, Dr Palasovski completed prestigious fellowships in breast and endocrine surgery as well as in oncoplastic surgery. His clinical interests include diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer and other breast lesions, post-mastectomy reconstruction, thyroid and parathyroid disease and neck lumps, hernias, GIT endoscopy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy and skin cancer and lymph node dissection.


Dr Palasovski is committed to developing a truly integrated breast service at Integrated Specialist Healthcare, combining early detection & diagnosis, excisional and reconstructive surgery for patients with breast cancer. He has also previously published on Merkel cell skin cancer and is helping to deliver the innovative integrated skin cancer program in association with both the ISHC Education and Research Foundation the NSW state government.
